The From bean to bar evening closed the project around cocoa on Thursday, March 30, bringing together the students of GS, CE1 and 1ère spé SES, whose objective was to study all the key stages: from its cultivation through the logistic chain of transformation to the production of chocolate bars. The 11th grade students, masters of ceremony, presented the GS and CE1 students who sang two songs on the theme of chocolate of course. At the same time, a chocolate cake contest was held and we congratulate the winning family! After the show, the guests enjoyed the chocolate and dessert buffets while admiring an exhibition set up by the students which retraced all the stages of the project with photos, cocoa beans, famous Ghanaian farmer Tetteh Quarshie tools box and other decorative objects.
