Regulations for Extra-Curricular Activities 2nd Trimester 2024-2025
The extracurricular activities of the 1st trimester will take place from
Monday 6th January 2024 to Friday 28th March 2025.
The registration process will ONLY take place online from Wednesday,4 to Monday, December 9, 2024 inclusive.
To simplify the registration process, we recommend you to print out the activities schedule and discuss the available activities with your child BEFORE you fill the registration form.

You can change registrations during the opening period only.
- «IN PRIORITY» online payment will be from Friday 13th to Monday 16th December 2024. The payment code will be sent only to parents who have registered the pupil(s) for activity(ies) and got confirmation from periscolaire@lfaccra.com
The amount of the activity is due upon final registration.
We inform you that:
- A child will not be able to change activities without prior authorization, and depending on the places available, no refund will be possible; Children must leave school after their last activity.
- If your child is absent from an activity, we ask you to notify the establishment as soon as possible by email at: viescolaireprimaire@lfaccra.com or call us on +233 302 544 067/156 or +233 302 50 71 71.
- In case of absence of the worker we will do everything possible to inform the parents as soon as possible.

This cost is valid for the entire period (ie 10 sessions).

The annual contribution to the fse (cost of running the service) of 100 ghs per family is due on the first registration of the year. It must be added to the cost of the activities.
- Taekwondo Activity: registration (300 Ghc) entails an additional cost of 120 Ghc for the annual membership of the federation + 350 Ghc for the uniform + 100 Ghc for the exam which will take place at the end of each period. This additional cost is to be paid once a year. So for a first registration and if you need a kimono, the activity will cost 850 Ghc.
- Cooking Activity: we kindly ask parents to inform us of any allergies their children may have if they wish to participate in this activity and provide a tupperware or lunch box to store the prepared meals.
- The Drama activity for: CE2-CM1-CM2 classes in english on Tuesday, Thursday and Friday will be for 2 consecutive hours in order to prepare a small show at the end of the period. The cost of this activity is 600 Ghc since two hours per week.
- Hockey / turf activity requires tooth and skin protection. (200 Ghc)

FAQ
There are no limits to choice so a child can make maximum 10 activity slots per week.
The cost presented represents 10 weeks of activities for 1 hour of activity per week. If, for example, you choose 2 hours of Capoeira per week, you must multiply the cost by 2.
Yes except for so-called “producing” activities such as «Couture», «L’écolo artiste», «L’atelier Perle», «La cuisine», given that only one theme is chosen for the week.
To register for a second-hour extracurricular activity, your child must, in the first hour, between 2.30pm and 3.30pm, either: be enrolled in an extracurricular activity;be enrolled in the Arabic language course,have been recovered by the family at 2:30pm and redeposited at 3.30pm He can’t be in the establishment, without activity, after 2.30 pm.
