Regulations for Extra-Curricular Activities 3rd Trimester 2023-2024

The extracurricular activities of the 1st trimester will take place from 
Tuesday 02 April 2024 to Friday 28 Juin 2024.

The registration process will ONLY take place online from Monday, March 11 to Sunday, March 17, 2023 inclusive.

To simplify the registration process, we recommend you to print out the activities schedule and discuss the available activities with your child BEFORE you fill the registration form.

The amount of the activity is due upon final registration. – An activity booked online cannot be cancelled on the day of payment. If you wish to cancel an activity, you must repeat the entire online registration from December 06 to 11 only..

The annual contribution to the fse (cost of running the service) of 100 ghs per family is due on the first registration of the year. It must be added to the cost of the activities.

FAQ

There are no limits to choice so a child can make maximum 10 activity slots per week.

The cost presented represents 10 weeks of activities for 1 hour of activity per week. If, for example, you choose 2 hours of Capoeira per week, you must multiply the cost by 2.
